Hello. It’s been a long time since I wanted to review Chelsea-Investments for a number of reasons. The first one being that I have worked with this forum for a very long time and I feel like now I have seen it close enough to review it. Apart from that, another driving force is that I keep hearing stories of traders being trapped every day. I have an idea about how much a trader puts in and what exactly it takes to start working and shocks like the ones offered by fake forex firms become a huge obstacle in the way of many traders.
I would like to introduce myself before we continue and I will give you an account of how my trading venture has been. So, I am Herman Gerad and I have been trading for the past 29 years. Yes, it’s been around 3 decades and now trading is no longer a profession to me. I always say it is more like a hobby and no less than a family. I understand how their presence had made the already thin chances of survival of youngsters even thin but this does not mean that you can pack up and go back home. In my eyes, the winner is the one who refused to give up. And this isn’t another motivational quote that I keep using to end or start my speeches, in fact, I mean it because I have been doing it all my life.
I have been paying hard-earned money to more than 4 fake forex firms before I got to know about Chelsea-Investments. And these hearts were undoubtedly the most horrible part of my forex journey. There are times when I think how things would have been different if there were no fake firms but then I immediately tell myself that they would have been worse. Yes, because these experiences taught me lessons that no world-class university ever did. Although they came at the cost of a ton of money, now I feel like it would be worth it if I am able to pass on all that I learnt to the young lot successfully. And like I have talked above, this is one of the reasons which brought me here.

If you learn these techniques then you are cutting down huge chances of being deceived. I will be highlighting all the important pros and cons that I have seen. Some try to conceal the faults of imperfect tools while others make them look highly fancy to distract attention from other core aspects. It is the trader who needs to be vigilant enough to sense anything suspicious around. Here at Chelsea-Investments, I have found the tools very efficient. The stocks bar and the date and time are always there to assist you to make well-informed decisions. I have heard many times that forex firms make use of manipulated tools to show values that have been cooked by the broker. These follow patterns that are very believable and this allows them to steal hard-earned dollars without making it obvious. I have thoroughly checked if tools here show real-time data by comparing values to those shown by indicators of reputable firms and found them similar.
These tools have improved my trading process significantly because close to accurate figures allow me to make well-informed decisions.
Try your luck everywhere
The next feature that has allowed me to grow as a trader is that the firm allows you to explore more trading areas so you never suffer when one of the branches is undergoing a temporary shock of volatility or uncertainty. Let us assume that you have always been trading stocks but suddenly due to some unforeseen event the stock market has crashed. For such unforeseen circumstances, the firm wants you to invest in other branches such as crypto, indices, commodities and much more. I know many people who had joined as traders who dealt in one of the areas but by the time they retired, they had invested in almost all the fields. This not only gives you financial security but also helps you learn more so that you never miss out on opportunities. I have heard that many traders have taken their first steps in the crypto world with Chelsea-Investments because the dedicated finance managers keep updating you about the right time to invest and how beneficial they can be. Unfortunately, all account holders do not enjoy access to account managers and this is probably one thing that needs to be worked on.
Negatives
Customer Support non-available 27/7
The customer support has never failed to impress me with high-quality service. I have noticed that the firm invests a lot in this segment because they are aware of how imperative this one becomes in the longer run. If a firm wants to stay in the hearts of traders for longer time periods then it has to be made sure that the customer support has always got the customer’s back. I have been told that the company scrutinizes the candidates well before hiring them. After that, the individuals undergo a process of rigorous training and once they meet all the requirements they can get in touch with the traders but one thing which needs to be addressed is that the support services are not available 247. This is why you will have to wait for working hours to discuss any issues. Apart from this, I have never faced any issues with the entire department.
Services unavailable for US residents
This is another important factor that has been ignored for some reason for a very long time now. The services have been suspended on purpose for the residents of some countries such as the United States, North Korea, Syria, etc. I have heard from fellow traders that this is only done keeping in mind the security threats that come with operating in these areas. Although this reflects how the company is willing to give up on profits instead of making compromises on the core areas such as security I think this is not a permanent solution for the issue. This is not a drawback for someone living in these areas only. If you are a trader who has to keep travelling then you might have to face a suspension of services temporarily too if you are in any of the listed areas. Final Remarks
I have tried to tell you the most about this broker but it was impossible to explain all that I have been served with on this forum. By now you all must have sensed that working with this broker has been a great experience for me. Like I have discussed above, there have been a few flaws but I believe and hope that they will be sorted out soon.
