Upon hearing this, the concern of not knowing much about trading rose to mind, so I wanted to learn a lot about the field, but I didn’t have the time to take courses. Hence, I was looking for a broker that would enable me to learn as I trade.
I found such brokers with a specific mindset and the hunger to learn everything at once and discover it challenging and occupied a chunk of time. However, after many platforms that managed to take a good amount of my money and, in return, left me with nothing to offer, I landed on TopMarketCap. I found all the assistance I needed and came up with the standards it had set for itself. Just as I was about to lose motivation, this site gave me all the assistance to make me a better trader with maximum knowledge in just a few months. Customer service:
To truly determine if a platform is worth all the hype, its customer service can easily judge it off. If they provide 24/7 service on the telephone line, it is a good sign as only a good quality broker offers such a feature. Their responses should be rapid, containing all the necessary help and information. I have been a victim of inadequate services and getting late answers which is a significant turn-off as when a client needs to help, it is tended to right away to avoid any wrong impressions.
My experience with TopMarketCap and their customer service has been very satisfactory and fulfilling. I appreciate that they provide almost immediate responses that answer all my concerns. They offer their customer services through the telephone line, live chat, email, and filling out a form. However, their telephone services are only provided to Australia, the UK, and Austria, which is very restrictive and off-putting. Nevertheless, I am sure that many international traders will enjoy all their services and their assistances.
The live chat option is the one that I utilized as I feel more comfortable chatting than on the phone. The live chat option is available at the bottom right corner of the screen. It was nice to have a smooth conversation and to have all my issues be solved by a professional. Overall, it was a pleasing experience, and I see myself using their customer services again.
Education Center:
Education is the heart of a trading platform. It provides knowledge to traders that are novices and even advanced traders. I have learned and absorbed a lot of information from this section of the forum, as it was one of my main focuses. They facilitate the psyche of trading and all the basic to pro-level knowledge, which can most certainly transform your trading status from novice to professional. In addition, they provide Glossary, eBooks, Asset indexes, and FAQs.
· Glossary:
The glossary is where you can catch up on all the terms used regularly in the trading industry and develop the familiarity I did, which had come in handy. They are alphabetically ordered, making it simple.
· eBooks:
The available eBooks on this platform are 12 in total, with brief descriptions of each eBook’s information. These eBooks have covered a broad range of knowledge about trading and have helped me a lot throughout my career.
· FAQs:
This section of the Education Center is accommodating and valuable for the novices that still have a hard time working and adjusting to trading itself.
· Asset Index:
The Asset Index has every index that you can think of alphabetically, making it easier for you to find the specific asset you are looking for. They have the trading hours and the expiry rule alongside the asset to make it more convenient for the clientele.
Payment Methods:
The payment methods provided by the platform are

· Bank Wire
I think that the options for the payment methods are very restricted and cannot be very cooperative to those who don’t have access to these methods. If other methods like PayPal, VLoad, Maestro, etc., were provided, it would bring a difference and clients.
The withdrawal process:
The withdrawal process has to be one of the most nerve-wracking processes out of the whole trading experience. I have scammed plenty of times and can notice the red flags beforehand. Nonetheless, this platform certainly did not disappoint in this criterion as well. I had received outstanding service because I even had changed the account type from basic to platinum. I had received a confirmation email as soon as I made my withdrawal, and the whole process was straightforward and smooth.
Usually, this is the prime moment for scamming trading platforms to take advantage of their client and take their money. Still, this broker is very reassuring and made the withdrawal process seem easy and straightforward.
User-Friendly:
This platform has by far proven itself to be very honest about what they have to offer. Their platform is very cooperative and easy to understand. I had an enjoyable and comfortable time while using TopMarketCap. The layout and the first impression were everything that a good platform should have was delivered through this broker. Everything is accessible, and nothing was left out. They give all the required information and much more to make the client feel as comfortable as possible, which I indeed did. I thoroughly enjoyed myself trading while using this platform which is something I would never say.
Conclusion:
Although the site’s theme is a bit dark and dim and not bright as I prefer it should be, it did give an excellent first impression and certainly made me attracted to its layout. The layout is neat and clean, and cooperative. The only available languages are English and German, which is again limiting as it cuts off the rest of the international traders and their chances of having a pleasant time using this platform. Furthermore, every single one of their services is pleasurable and satisfying. They helped me gain success and confidence while I was learning and trading at the same time.
I can see this platform going far in the trading industry and making a change. It gives people a chance to develop a skill and further polish it up to gain something from it that was precisely my intention in the first place. Suppose they could make a few changes by providing a more extensive range of dialects and enabling their services internationally. In that case, it could do wonders to them and the rest of the traders that are bright eyes with the idea of trading.
